When you've completed the pilot and have a larger project worth taking on, we can scope six weeks of coached implementation: one weekly 60-minute session, practice, testing and written operating instructions.
Continuation is a separate decision after we agree scope, fit and availability. Your paid, unrefunded pilot credits once. The pilot stands on its own; nothing renews automatically.
Before you start

Do I need to know how to code?
No. We choose a first workflow that fits your starting point. You'll need to practice and check the output, but coding isn't a prerequisite.
Is this done-for-me automation?
It's guided learning and building. You'll participate in the workshops and learn to operate the workflow. Complex integrations and custom software need a separate scope.
What if I don't know which task to choose?
Bring two or three recurring tasks. We'll narrow them to one manageable starting point. You can also email a short description before enrolling.
When do the workshops happen?
Dates are agreed by email after enrollment. If we can't agree suitable scope and dates within seven calendar days, you receive a full refund. No cohort date is promised before that agreement.
What does the seven-day support cover?
Questions and corrections to the workflow built in the pilot, by email for seven calendar days after the second workshop. We aim to reply within two business days. Additional workflows and new features are outside that support.
Do I have to buy the larger program?
No. Keep the workflow and instructions from your pilot. The six-week program is optional and only makes sense if you have a larger suitable project and time to participate.

THE ONE-ENTRY SHEET Illustrative example: irrigation service request Repeated job: Turn one customer request into a reviewed job note. Trigger: A new request arrives. Source of truth: The original customer request, kept in the existing tool. Editing authority: The owner or assigned coordinator. Steps: Capture once → draft job note → verify facts → save in the chosen place. Human check: Confirm location, requested work, timing and customer details. Exceptions: Missing facts stay marked unknown; ask before scheduling. Unknowns: Tool access, customer permission and the existing scheduling process. First action: Try one de-identified sample and compare it with the original.
Clear terms.
The $500 pilot includes the two workshops, one scoped workflow, written instructions and the seven-day Q&A described above. Workshop dates and scope are agreed by email. If we can't agree them within seven calendar days of payment, you receive a full refund.
Cancel before the first workshop for a full refund. After the first workshop, any undelivered workshop is refundable at $250. Q&A is included at no separate charge. Refunds return through the original Stripe payment. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.
We promise the described teaching and support, not a specific financial result or number of hours saved. Third-party tools can change and require human verification. Contact brady@orbitoperating.com for scheduling, support or refunds.
Your work stays yours.
Use de-identified examples in workshops. Don't submit passwords, payment details, private customer records or other sensitive data as practice material. You retain your inputs and the workflow documents created for your use.
Stripe processes payment and payment-contact details. Orbit uses your contact details to arrange and deliver the purchased service. Referral/source tags help us understand how people found the offer. We don't publish your examples or use them as testimonials without permission.
The larger program requires its own agreed project and delivery terms before payment. No recurring charge, automatic enrollment or compulsory community membership.
